Announcement: Mobile Java Server Developer

 

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to design, build, and deploy the infrastructure that supports our high traffic, leading mobile social networking service. Strong J2EE and networking skills required, plus at least 5 years of direct industry experience.

 

Requirements

 

Degree in Computer Science or related field
Creativity, enthusiasm, and willingness & ability to learn new things every day
Extensive experience in software analysis, design and development including Web application development and highly scalable server applications
Java J2EE development experience (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, Web services) creating high volume, massively scalable, fault tolerant and highly available applications
Excellent SQL knowledge
Strong command of Linux
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Knowledge of Web and mobile technologies (HTML, XHTML-MP, CSS, JavaScript, iPhone, etc) technologies a plus
Previous startup experience preferred
