Announcement: Java UI Developer


A financial networking firm who is creating a game-changing new product is looking for a rock-star UI developer to join their team!!

This exciting start-up is looking to their 5 person team with a superstar UI developer that can help take the company to the next level. The ideal candidate to join this financial networking firm will be a UI developer with object-oriented JavaScript experience and a desire to work with some of the software industries most creative minds!!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Help implement the user experience including features such as charting, widgets and community collaboration
  • Implement, test, and debug web applications within a Spring MVC architecture
  • Integrate with third-party products to support scalability and reliability
  • Work solely on the UI in a full-life cycle capacity with a focus on development and deployment
  • Summary of Technologies to be used: Object-oriented JavaScript, CSS, JSP, Spring MVC and many more…

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of overall software development experience using Java and JavaScript tools and technologies
  • A BS in either Computer Science or Engineering
  • Strong object-oriented JavaScript development skills
  • CSS
  • JSP
  • Spring MVC

    BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with FLEX and ActionScript is a big plus
  • jQuery
  • EXT JS
  • YUI
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork is a big plus
