Announcement: ATG Commerce Developer - W. Bridgewater, MA $90-$110K

Position Summary: 

 

Your goal as ATG Commerce Developer is to support the business initiatives as they apply to the web platform.  Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, e Commerce Systems.

 

You will work closely with e Marketing, technology, other Aps and Processes members as well as outside vendors to support the growth of the e Commerce business.

 

Being a self starter with attention to detail and creative thinking are necessary.  In addition you must possess strong analytical skills and be able to grasp the entire technology landscape.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

1. This person would be working with everything from the ATG back end systems all the way to the code on the html page itself
2. Work closely with our Marketing Team to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality, as well as ATG capabilities.
3. Ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with industry best practices.
4. Manage delegated relationships with external contacts and have frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide technical expertise, and project direction.
5. Provide Systems Architecture design support to assist company with developing a comprehensive e-commerce solution based upon an ATG framework.
6. This support will encompass working with the Aps and Processes and e Marketing teams to help integrate business and technical needs into the ATG e-commerce framework and providing best practices insight as to how to meet the Projects critical timeline.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• 2+ years ATG commerce experience from high level architecture to day-to-day design and development
• Experience with ATG Commerce & ATG Dynamo
• Experience with ATG Business Commerce
• Experience with latest versions of Content Administration and Search
• Experience with troubleshooting CA issues and production performance problems
• 3+ years with Java, JBoss
• Deep understanding of Web Services, SOA, Java and ATG products
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• ATG, ATG Commerce, ATG Content Administration, Java, Jboss 4, Linux, Redhat V, Redhat 4, Ajax, Flex, Oracle Database, Web Architect.
