Our client is seeking 25 JAVA/J2EE Software Engineers, of varying experience levels, to contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions for financial applications/trading systems. The desired experience level varies from junior and mid-level individuals to senior resources.
Tools/Technologies/Skills/Experience:
Required Skill:
1 or more years of Java/J2EE Web development experience.
1
or more years of experience designing and developing capital
markets/financial applications are including trading systems, risk
analysis applications or equity/fixed income applications experience.
1 or more years of Data Application experience, Oracle/Sybase/SQL.
1 or more years of experience with messaging - tools, middleware, protocols etc.
Desired Skills:
Ability to work effectively and productively as a team member.
Strong desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility.
Excellent time management skills.
Education / Certification:
4-year degree or equivalent experience.
