Thank you for your interest to present at the NEJUG. We are interested in any presentation which might be of interest to the Java community. Past presentations have included Java Development techniques, frameworks, code inspection tools, infrastructure software, other JVM related languages, and SDLC approaches.

Presentation Guidelines:

  • The presentation may make mention of a product, but may not contain marketing material
  • Presenters should be Java enthusiasts, developers, or architect.
  • The presentation should contain instructional examples (code, process steps, etc)
  • Real world examples/case studies are always appreciated
  • As a soft guideline presentations should be between 1.5 - 2.5 hours in length. Our longest meeting was over 4 hours, we rarely have presentations shorter than 1.5 hours.
  • The presenter should be prepared to answer lots of questions from the group
  • Presenting at the NEJUG is a great way to gain exposure within the Java community. If you are interested in presenting, but not certain which topic to present then checkout our list of requested topics for ideas.
